Recycling/Treatment of Street Sweeper Waste from West Oxfordshire.

This opportunity is for the provision of the recycling/treatment of municipal street sweeper waste collected by West Oxfordshire District Council (WODC) and other Service Users where sufficient capacity is available in the Contract.Further details about the Service requirements can be found in Appendix 1 of the invitation to tender.The core requirement of the Contract is for the provision of a Recycling/Treatment Facility. However, Tenderers may also submit a variant Tender to provide a separate Delivery Point (e.g. waste transfer station) and onward haulage in addition to provision of the Recycling/Treatment Facility. The Council will evaluate Variant Tenders against modelled costs for waste haulage existing arrangements.Tenderers are invited to Tender for the provision of the Services described at Appendix 1 in the invitation to tender document for a term of 5 years with an option for the Council to extend for up to 3 years in aggregate. Contract Commencement Date is anticipated to be 1.4.2015.
