Redcar and Cleveland College is one of the leading Further Education institutions in the Tees Valley area. The College have worked with an external marketing services provider since moving into its existing building in September 2008, for the provision of print and digital design work, Public Relation (PR) services, website design and maintenance, and social media services. The college has a Marketing Coordinator internally who manages elements between the college and the external provider.Through this tender process, the College are seeking to appoint a single multi-skilled marketing services partner to manage all aspects of the marketing function.The tender will consist of five key elements of delivery to aid the College with achieving its key marketing aims for the future:— Design and Print Services;— Marketing and Advertisement Services;— PR Services;— Social Media Services;— Website Management Services (Graphic Interface).The college has an overarching corporate style for all design work which continues to add value and impact so would not be revisited at this stage. Future work by the successful tender would be undertaken to develop the existing brand message.As part of the tender process we will require an indication of indicative costings for printing materials and distribution where appropriate.Redcar and Cleveland College is expanding its social media presence and requires an effective plan for development and maintenance going forward.The college will also require the delivery of PR services with the relevant production of copy, photography and the distribution of press releases to the local Tees Valley newspapers and press offices as required.
