> South Wales Fire and Rescue Service provide emergency cover and prevention services to a wide geographical area. This ranges from Chepstow in the East, to Porthcawl in the West and from Abergavenny in the North down to the coast.>> To support South Wales Fire and Rescue Service’s Building and Land Management Plan, the Property Services Department have a requirement to appoint a main contractor to undertake the redecoration of all internal areas at Ely Fire and Rescue Station.>> The work comprises:1. Full redecoration of all internal areas, to include walls, ceilings, and all joinery items.2. To replace carpet tiles in all rooms where carpet already exists.3.
