We are looking to commission a design agency to support us to refine pre-identified opportunity areas, develop service concepts and prototype solutions with our target audience. We anticipate that prototyping will be conducted between September 2021 and January 2022. After this, Ageing Better will lead on the delivery of a pilot alongside West Midlands Combined Authority or another service delivery partner. There is potential to extend this contract to allow for our commissioned design agency to provide an advisory role as we deliver the pilot from March 2022 to October 2022.
