Caerphilly CBC requires experienced contractors to provide Labour/Services for the following: - Refurbishment of campsite shower block at Parc Cwm Darran, Deri, Bargoed CF81 9NR.Estimated value of the works is expected to be £43,000The works will include:-Replacing existing shower trays and units, replacing cubicle doors, re-decoration, new roof, rainwater goods and fascias & bargeboards.The contract period will be the 22th November 2010 to 14th February 2011. Contract must be completed and invoiced by mid February 2011 to comply with funding conditions.Prospective contractors must be members of Constructionline, as stated in section B1 of the PQQ attached to this notice.
