The Conwy and Denbighshire Community Safety Partnership's Substance Misuse Action Team, in partnership with CAIS, wish to invite expressions of interest from suitably qualified architects with specialist experience of working on listed buildings for the contract of 'Refurbishment of 41 - 43 Station Road, Colwyn Bay'.Professional companies will be selected against details submitted within the Invitation to Tender document criteria. Based on a cost / quality ratio of 70% / 30 % to include the following: abililty to deliver on time, knowledge, experience and previous proven quality of work.Expressions of Interest should be registered by Monday 5 December 2011.Following this, the Invitation to Tender document will be sent out for completion. The closing date for completed tender submissions to be returned is 12 noon on Monday 19 December 2011.
