This contract is for a mini-refurbishment of the 1590kg 23 person 6 landing passenger/goods building lift at Ty Dewi Sant building, Heath Park.(All landings on same elevation).It must be noted that this is not a contract for total replacement. The lift is in the ownership of the NHS Trust and the building is in NHS Trust ownership. Procurement and contract management will be via Cardiff University Estates and Campus Facilities division.The works are to be carried out during the period: Monday 26th June 2017 – Friday 1st September 2017.
