Tai Tarian is seeking to issue a Contract for:A block containing 6 flats, at Greenwood Rd (No’s 1, 3,5,7,9 & 11) situated in Baglan, Port Talbot SA12 8PR. This property is located within a residential area of mixed housing types including traditional terraced housing, semi-detached dwellings and two storey flats. The complex can be found opposite Baglan Rugby Club, on the corner of Acorn Pl, and Greenwood Rd.Traditionally constructed cavity wall 3 storey building on a level site. The complex consists of one main building constructed, in general, of facing brick with uPVC vertically positioned insert panels between some windows. The main entrance of the building is approached from a concrete path on Acorn Pl leading directly from the public footway.
