Registered Social Landlords for LD/MH Properties
Descriptions
Norfolk County Council (NCC) wishes to work with Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) operating in the county of Norfolk, who are interested in buying or leasing properties which can be adapted to house people with complex learning difficulties and their support workers. There may be other opportunities in relation to other cohorts of service users, such as those with mental health issues, but the initial need is to find RSLs to take over 3 properties, which have been earmarked for the Transforming Care Programme (TCP). This process is not for service providers for the properties, which will be subject to a separate exercise. NCC may be able to provide capital funding towards these properties if the investment can be justified.
