What does the project set out to achieve: This project aims to ensure continuation of policy development and preparation of a position for the ORR board for a key project during a period of resource tightening. What is included within the scope of the project: •Further development of ORR's existing policy approach for ORR's role in relation to scorecards in CP6, and how this translates into setting ORR's requirements for Network Rail under PR18. •Further development of ORR's existing policy approach in relation to the set of measures which ORR will require for CP6 within the above framework. •Support, direction and coordination of the individual measure workstreams led by ORR teams, recognising the existing policy position. •Improvements and developments of the existing policy positions. •Liaison with key internal and external stakeholders to further develop the positions.
