The National Asset Management Agency (“NAMA”) is commencing an open market process to select a preferred bidder to subscribe for an 80% shareholding in an entity (“Pembroke Ventures DAC”), which wholly owns two entities (Pembroke Beach DAC and Pembroke West Homes DAC) that hold lands, collectively extending to approx. 15.05 hectares (37.2 acres), located in Poolbeg, Sandymount, Dublin 4, Ireland. NAMA invites interested bidders to submit expressions of interest pursuant to the selection criteria as set out in the Request for Expressions of Interest (“REI”) with the ultimate objective of choosing a Preferred Bidder who will maximise financial return. The Minimum Bid Price for acquiring the majority 80% shareholding in Pembroke Ventures DAC is €125 million. The closing date for receipt of Phase 1 submissions is Thursday 10th October 2019 at 16:00 hours (Dublin time).
