There is no guarantee that any competitive exercise will follow this request.Flintshire County Council is looking to create a new outcome based service for Relationship Support throughout Flintshire.Service AimThe service will be to provide specific advice and support to individuals and couples who find themselves in significant relationship difficulties. The aim of the service will be to avoid unnecessary family breakdown, separation, divorce and reduce domestic violence, in order to aid the health and wellbeing of the whole family unit.Service ObjectivesTo provide advice and support to individuals and couples who are experiencing relationship difficulty in order to avoid unnecessary family breakdown.To assist in and reduce the acrimony of failed relationships and marriages.To improve the stability of adult parental relationships for the benefit of children and the family unit as a whole.To reduce the incidence of domestic violence and increase the safety of all adults and children within the family unit.To identify need and signpost to other more appropriate services for clients where necessary.To produce clear and concise performance information of the outcomes achieved through service intervention.
