The University is seeking to enter into a Single Stage Design & Build Contract for the works.The Geography Department are to relocate from their existing building to new facilities in Garstang, Manton & Miall buildings, works to include for new laboratories, teaching facilities, academic offices, admin offices and common areas for the department.The works will include for replacing windows and improving the fabric of the building.The project will also include for providing refurbished offices for School of Earth & Environment and Faculty Office in the former Senior Common Room.
