Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) invites you to submit a Tender for the Relocation of Ty Ardd to the Civic Offices. See overview below.Preparatory work by others: Works, carried out under a separate contract and completed before the start of work on site for this contract. The removal of existing furniture and equipment including ICT to provide a clear area for the main Contract Works outlined below.The Works involve the creation of new areas within the building at level 1 ground floor, for the Registrar’s Services that are being relocated from Ty Ardd to Civic Offices. The works include new partitions ceilings flooring with alterations to existing Mechanical & Electrical services.Contract Terms and Conditions: JCT 2016 Minor Works Contract.
