Remodelling of Dinas Powys Library and Activity Centre

DiPLAC, Dinas Powys Library and Activity Centre, is a community based registered Charity providing library services and activities to ensure the Well Being and Health of our residents both young and old.To ensure our long term financial sustainability we have obtained European Grant funding to enable us to remodel our library to provide a Coffee Shop and Multifunctional area to help us generate much needed revenue.The internal alterations include the removal of the office and library counter and provision of a new library counter, coffee shop and multifunctional activity/meeting roomThe project will also include the removal of an existing asbestos ceiling.Following advice from Vale of Glamorgan Council the following companies should be approached for the asbestos removal element.Please provide at least three examples of ‘relevant Experience’ and references for the same projectsThe site will be available on the 28th February 2019 and we anticipate work will be completed by April 12th, 2019.Full details of the works are included in the tender documentsNOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=86994.
