This will consist of a pre-planned programme of inspections, responsive repairs and remedial works for equipment in communal and individual dwellings. To include:• Air Conditioning• Solar PV (Photovoltaic)• Wind• MVHR’s (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery)• Domestic NIBE• Domestic ASHP (Air Source Heat Pump)• Domestic GSHP (Ground Source Heat Pump)• Domestic Unvented Cylinders- with no gas supply• Electric Boilers• Thermal Heat Stores• Infrared Heating.
