Renewables/new technology contract for all Clarion properties nationwide. This will consist of a pre-planned programme of inspections, responsive repairs and remedial works for equipment in communal and individual dwellings. To include:• air conditioning,• solar PV (photovoltaic),• wind,• MVHR’s (mechanical ventilation with heat recovery),• domestic NIBE,• domestic ASHP (air source heat pump),• domestic GSHP (ground source heat pump),• domestic unvented cylinders — with no gas supply,• electric boilers,• thermal heat stores,• infrared heating.
