MHA Limited wishes to appoint an experienced, competent and qualified contractor to carry out the following works to MHA properties within Llwynu Close.Works to include erection of scaffolding, temporary re-location & re-instatement of satellite dishes, isolating boiler flues, remove & disposal of asbestos soffits, renewal of roof coverings including tiles, felt and batten and disposal of the existing, renewal of fascia, soffit and barge boards in white UPVc, renewal of rainwater goods using Deep Flow, if chimneys are redundant then demolish chimney, tile over and vent as per spec or make good to chimney including all leadwork and pointing.
