MHA Limited wishes to appoint an experienced, competent and qualified contractor to carry out the following works to MHA properties within Raglan Way & Middle Way, Bulwark.The works will comprise of stripping and renewing the pitched roof covering to houses which are MHA tenanted properties in Raglan Way and Middle Way, Bulwark. Include the provision of scaffolding, Temporary re-locate & re-site aerials and satellite dishes, Boiler shut downs by gas safe engineer and certify on completion, Demolition of existing chimneys and vent as per spec if redundant or Make good to existing, Renewal works to rain water goods or if they are to remain then clean down the RWG’s and fascia with warm detergent solution and remove debris from gutters, Extend roof gables up to 300mm including all carpentry work, new fascia, soffit, barges and extending gutters, Form new mono-pitch canopy to front entrance and other ancillary works. Existing Solar Panels are to be removed by MHA before the contractor commences the roofing work and on completion of all roofing works will be reinstated by MHA.
