Renfrewshire Council (the Council) are seeking to procure the service of a number of local providers in respect of the Provision of Early Learning and Childcare Places in Private & Voluntary Sector Nurseries and Registered Childminders within the Renfrewshire Council Area in addition to the service provided at local authority premises. This will allow the Council to offer parents and guardians a choice of provider for the funded early learning and childcare entitlement. Parents and guardians can access the funded hours for their Child via a council provision or from an independent or third sector provider
