Denbighshire County Council’s Regeneration Strategy section in conjunction with the Design and Construction department are seeking to appoint a Principal Contractor to assist with the Renovation and Alteration of the Bee and Station, Bodfor Street, Rhyl. The Contractor will have a successful track record of delivering construction projects on Listed Buildings and under the requirements of BREEAM, Considerate Constructers Scheme and Site Waste management Plans.It is the intention of the Council to appoint a Principal Contractor under the terms of the JCT Intermediate building contract with contractor’s design 2005. The expected duration of the contract with be 52 weeks and is anticipated to commence on the 28/11/2011.The potential value of the contract is £1,500,000.
