Scottish Water and Scottish Water Services Grampian have a requirement to procure services for the repair, maintenance and monitoring of their two Combined Heat and Power (CHP) engines located at NIGG Waste Water Treatment works Scotland., The main scope and requirements of the providers shall be but not limited to : , •An excellent working knowledge and practical experience of maintenance and repair of Jenbacher J320 or similar sized CHP’s, •To provide monthly / quarterly reports on CHP performance and availability, also coverage of maintenance and repairs carried out prior to reporting period., •Extended maintenance and warranty programmes for all installations including the provision of an availability guarantee., •A requirement to provide 24/7 response capability for investigation and repair., •Remote monitoring for operational alarms, fault diagnosis, access to Power Generation, heat and cooling information and service information., •Compliance to environmental legislation and electrical networks requirements (i.e G99), •Compliance with applicable Scottish Water Specifications. , •To optimise and advise on improvements to improve generation, asset availability and plant efficiency in order to improve our net zero ambitions
