Midland Heart are looking to procure a repair and void works across Midlands Central Retirement and Supported Living properties and repairs for commercial units and Midland Heart Offices across the Midlands Contract and to award to one contractor for our property portfolio (further information detailed in invitation to tender guidance). It is proposed the contract is procured for a primary term of 2 years, with 2 x 1 year extensions subject to satisfactory performance of the contract thus taking the contract duration up to a maximum of 4 years. Total value is for total contract life.
