PIN Purpose Ark Housing Association (AHA) are seeking information and feedback from the marketplace on our ideas and thoughts of the Repairs & Maintenance and Voids (including Out of Hours) Measured Term (MT) Contract or Framework 2025 – 2029. We are very interested in the marketplace views on our options as listed below. There is the potential that if we choose to make this a framework, we may include working with other RSLs in the local areas of the geographical lots, if this option is chosen, that will be confirmed in any future contract notice after we get the feedback on this PIN.
