•Alterations to Canopies and Porches, repair of brickwork, replacement of PVC Cladding and the installation of additional insulation.The contract will cover 14 Properties in Maendy Wood Rise and 2 in Barnfield Place•Contractors will be expected to demonstrate previous experience of using specialist products as appropriate for the works•Contractors will be expected to demonstrate how they make contributions to the local economy and support Community Involvement.•Works are required to improve weather tightness insulation and appearance of the properties in Maendy Wood Rise and Barnfield Place West Pontnewydd, Cwmbran.•Improve the appearance of the properties and community•Achievable targets for completionBron Afon Community Housing is committed to achieving economic, social and environmental well-being for its residents and implementing the Community Strategy so as to ensure a better quality of life for everyone, now and for generations to come.
