Conwy County Borough Council’s Property Management & Asset Services Department wish to invite Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified companies for the performance of the following contract:Replacement of CHP controls with new open-protocol system in Llandudno Swimming Pool.Interested companies MUST satisfy ALL of the following requirements:1. Be able to provide, install and commission an open-protocol CHP control system.2. Employ, manage and liaise with the Authority’s BMS contractor for interfacing the controls with the site BMS.3. Deliver training to site and CCBC staff on its operation.4. Carry out all ‘field’ wiring to sensors, interfaces etc.You MUST provide an official signed letter confirming that you will comply with ALL of the above along with your tender submission.Contract to be awarded on a best price basis and assessment of the proposed controls to be installed.Contractors must be covered by insurance for the amount of £10,000,000 Employer’s Liability, £5,000,000 Public Liability and £1,000,000 Property Insurance.
