Replacement of Commercial Boilers - Elder House

Linthouse Housing Association (LHA) is looking to procure a qualified provider to replace the current commercial boiler heating system located at Elder House, 1a Drumoyne Drive, Glasgow, G51 4AT which heats 16 properties and communal space within the building and design. A full specification and plans for this work are issued with this tender document. It is anticipated that an appointment will be made on 15th February 2023 with work planned to begin in Quarter 2 of 2023/2024. Should the existing equipment suffer a complete failure prior to this time then the work would require to be brought forward. Discussions in relation to a proposed start date will take place with the successful bidder at the outcome of this procurement exercise.
