The London Borough of Hounslow (LBH) require a single, harmonised Education system to deliver fast, secure access to a cohesive set of data and documents which will offer a ‘single version of the truth’ about the children and their education needs. Information should be held once across the platform which will be shared across services. This will be managed using sound information governance principles that balance transparency with confidentiality, giving our customers increased confidence to trust us with their data which will support the vision. Digital service delivery must be available for Education and supporting services and will enable online transactional services for customers who will be able to tailor services to reflect their own needs.
