Replacement roof covering to office and communal area of residential block as per Redland spec

Descriptions

Contractor to provide a quotation to remove and replace the existing 15 degree pitch slate roof covering to the single storey rear office, staff toilets, staff accomodation and residence communal kitchen and living room at Hales House, Pontypool. Contractor must understand the specification supplied by Monier Redland Ltd and the Icopal specification for the new gutter/valley detail and accont for all this work in their quotation fully. The succesful contractor must follow these specifications to the letter with regards to materials required and their installations in order for Redland and Icopal warranties to be supplied on completion. It is the contractors responsibility to arrange for any assistance on site before the work starts and or during the installation from the representitives of Redland and Icopal if the contractor is unsure of any part of the specifications. The sucessful contractor must arrange for final inspection of roof and gutter/valey details with Redland and Icopal representitives as payment to contractor will not be released until warranties have been provided.
