Managing a comprehensive set of Property and WorkplaceServices, we ensure effective management and delivery. These services include furnitureprovision and maintenance, signage provision and maintenance, building engineeringservices, energy management, building fabric services, statutory inspections, lift and liftingequipment maintenance, asbestos management, landscaping and grounds maintenance,security asset maintenance, pest control, project services, facilities and buildingmanagement, fire safety, space management and drawing office, cleaning, wastemanagement, reception services, mail services, porterage, printing, health and safety,environmental management, helpdesk, meeting room management, managing agentservices, event management, and pandemic supplies management.Collectively, these services ensure smooth functioning, safety, and efficiency of the BBCestate. The Facilities Management Contract must excel in providing comprehensive andreliable support for the diverse needs of its wide-ranging locations, delivering exceptionalvalue and reassurance to all parties involved.This will be a fixed price contract with a term of 10 years, initial term 5 years, extension 5years.The estimated total Contract value including extension period is anticipated to be between£480,000,000 to £750,000,000
