Bron Afon is seeking a suitably experienced Principal Contractor to undertake re-roofing works and external refurbishment works on two separate sites located 1.3 miles apart. Works at the first site is known as St Dials Corner blocks include pitched roofing, flat roofing, replacement of fascia, soffits and rainwater goods and pathway repairs. Works at the second site known as Perthy Close include replacement of the timber roofline goods such as fascia, soffit and rainwater goods.The properties in St Dials were constructed circa 1950 and were commissioned by Cwmbran Development Corporation to provide social, residential accommodation within Cwmbran. The project consists of 13 corner style blocks of flats and 9 adjoining houses. The Blocks are two storeys in height and are set back off the roadside.
