Additional Insulation will be incorporated into the roof as part of the project o provide a watertight insulated envelope.Improved roof insulation and hence SAP rating of buildingContractors should be able to use Marley Waterproofing Proprietary System or similar approved to achieve a minimum 20 Year Guarantee(life expectancy).Contractors should be able to demonstrate how they make a contribution to the local economy and support Community Involvement.
