To replace existing roof covering and additional insulation to be incorporated into the roof as part of the project.To provide a watertight insulated envelope and Improved roof insulation and hence SAP rating of building.Contractors should be able to use Marley Waterproofing Proprietary System or similar approved to achieve a minimum 20 Year Guarantee(life expectancy).Contractors should be able to demonstrate how they make a contribution to the local economy and support Community Involvement.Co ordination and provision of photovoltaics and solar hot water•To improve U Values and protect structural integrity up to 12 Blocks of flats•Improve the appearance of the properties and community•Decrease energy consumption and carbon emissionsAchievable targets for completionThere are a total of 8 No Wimpey No Fines blocks of flats and 4 no traditionally built blocks of flats - currently proposed subject to confirmation.
