Tai Calon is looking to appoint up to two experienced and qualified Contractors to replace the existing building fabric to 52 timber framed properties within Blaenau Gwent. The contract is divided into 2 Lots.The site is known to contain a mixture of Licensed and Non-licensed asbestos materials. The project is to remove asbestos – soffits, front canopies; rear shed roof &main roof and re-roof all homes and rear outbuildings and re-clad the timber elevations of the bungalows in the Metroslate system.
