Descriptions
Tai Calon is looking to appoint suitably experienced and qualified Contractor(s) to replace the existing building fabric to 7 blocks of flats within the Blaenau Gwent area. Works include roof replacements to 5 No. non-traditional blocks (main roofs and mansards to cornish type units), roof replacements to 2 No. traditional built blocks and removal of all Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM's) to soffits and undercloaks.The blocks are of mixed tenure consisting of both Tai Calon tenants and leasehold residents. This is subject to Section 20 Consultation.
