Tai Calon is looking to appoint suitably experienced and qualified Contractor(s) to replace the existing building fabric to 7 blocks of flats within the Blaenau Gwent area. Works include roof replacements to 5 No. non-traditional blocks (main roofs and mansards to cornish type units), roof replacements to 2 No. traditional built blocks and removal of all Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM's) to soffits and undercloaks.The blocks are of mixed tenure consisting of both Tai Calon tenants and leasehold residents.
