Research on the rate of referrals to child protection services in Wales

The Welsh Government is looking to undertake research to explore the rate of referrals to child protection services in Wales to inform its Improving Outcomes for Children work programme.Published research undertaken in England in 2016 found that one in five children are referred to child protection services prior to their fifth birthday.
