Descriptions
Food Drink Ireland Skillnet have a requirement to find a provider to support the development, management and delivery of a research project regarding digitalisation within Irish food and drink manufacturers / processors. Research will be both primary and secondary and will review current levels of digitalisation, how the sector compares to other sectors in Ireland, and how Irish food and drink manufacturers compare to competitors internationally, It will identify potential barriers to digitalisation, as well as opportunities, with a particular focus on implications on talent and skills.
