Research to identify best communications practices and tools to engage and inform priority groups ac

Descriptions

Research to identify:•How population groups identified by the CTM Regional Partnership Board Population Needs Assessment best receive and engage with information and activities that will help inform the sustainability and development of services•A recommended approach to engage and communicate with priority ‘groups living in Cwm Taf MorgannwgThe Cwm Taf Morgannwg Regional Partnership Board is in the process of developing communications and engagement assets that will reach our target groups so they are well informed, can engage with the work of the RPB and understand what the RPB is aiming to achieve. We aspire to ensure our work is led by our communities, and we want to ensure everyone has an equal opportunity to be involved with the work we do.We want our communities more engaged in the developments of the RPB and the work that we do.To do this effectively we need to find ways to communicate and engage with people who face barriers including disability; digital exclusion; poverty; literacy and language. We have already undertaken some work with the groups identified above to understand this. However there is a clear need to build on this, particularly around understanding how to reach people who are seldom heard. On behalf of the Regional Partnership Board we wish to commission an organization/s to engage with members of priority groups to determine how they would like to be engaged and how we can best support them to overcome barriers to engagement.PROJECT OUTPUTS:A detailed report on how the population group you are working with would like to receive communication and be engaged with, including an outline of the barriers this group currently faces, and recommendations on what could be put in place to remove these..3.
