To provide a research brief to look at Skills Provision in the Built Environment within Wales. The research must combine quantative and qualitative methods to ascertain and analyse the current skills provision in Wales in order to establish its suitability to service the industry need. The research will also take into account the provison of future skills needs in Wales. The results of the research will then inform the Strategic Business Case as part of the Welsh Assembly Government Transformation Agenda.As this project is part funded the terms of this agreement do not allow sub-contracting.
