Descriptions

This PIN is being published with a focus on pre-market engagement in order to inform a business case being submitted for approval autumn 2022. Once the business case is approved, we will be in a position to establish timescales in order to tender for the works. Any supplier responding to this PIN will be advised once the tender is published but will still have to meet the requirements as stated within the tender documents. The Programme will be delivered in a series of 3 sequential Tranches. REOP Tranche 1 consists of projects which represent immediate optimisation opportunities for the Volunteer Estate, and focuses principally on improving the cadet experience. The mandated delivery timescale for Tranche 1 is 30 months as of January 2022, and it consists of the following two workstreams: *A group of 'early wins' projects, which has received approval to proceed and is currently in delivery. The 'early wins' projects do not fall within scope of this market engagement survey. *A group of more complex 'remainder' projects, consisting of new build Joint Cadet Centres (JCC's) along with refurbishments and extensions to existing cadet facilities. Suppliers interested in accessing further documentation and the survey may do so through our Delta e-sourcing portal as noted below: URL: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/ Access code: 9STW45BD58
