Newport City Homes (NCH) is planning to undertake a resident satisfaction census to help us understand the views of our residents to help shape our business improvement actions.The survey we are planning to undertake will use the STAR methodology. We are seeking to appoint suitably qualified consultants to deliver of our resident satisfaction survey.We wish to engage with a company that has specific expertise and a proven track record in undertaking customer research & data analysis in the social housing sector.We are looking for support in maximising the effectiveness of the exercise, through provision of the following functions:-•Planning the survey including questionnaire design•Undertaking the survey•Survey result analysis & reportingSubmissions should be returned no later than 12 noon on 16th December 2011.
