Through issuing this advert, Leicestershire County Council (LCC) is seeking feedback from the market to inform the development of a procurement solution for residential and foster care placements for children in care. LCC Children and family services would like to invite interested providers to a 2nd procurement solution collaborative event ‘You Said, We Heard’ (the first event was held in July 2019). LCC’s current procurement solution (East Midlands Regional Children’s Framework) will end as of 31.1.2020 and there will not be a future consortia approach in the East Midlands. LCC is progressing with a local procurement solution commencing 1.2.2020. LCC are passionate about working with providers to co-design this solution and understand what a collaborative approach could/should look like and address some of the key barriers and challenges that occur with the current approach. The Event will be held on 6.9.2019.
