Quotations are invited for the construction of a two storey side residential dwelling extension to Bettys Nose Farm, Benwick. This includes constructing the foundation and all groundworks, plus final decoration and to quote for installation of the kitchen, bathroom and utility as shown on the proposed plans. Contractors submitting tenders will need to provide evidence that they possess CHAS accreditation (no alternatives acceptable), alongwith NICEIC and GasSafe accreditations (where applicable), plus evidence of being able to work at height (if elevated platform equipment is used) in compliance with Working at Height Regulations 2005.
