We are looking to commission an independent Contractor to develop and improve Daffodil Cymru by updating and improving its projections data to help us improve the prevalence rates to set more up to date projections data.ResponsibilitiesThe Contractor will:- Work with Data Cymru to critique the current approach to setting the underlying population estimates- Review the findings of the survey (Appendix 1) and priority setting exercise for Daffodil Cymru and agree which projections to prioritise- For each set of projections:--Identify the most relevant readily available or emerging research and literature on which to base projections for each of the topic areas--Identify and engage with academics who can provide insights on each of the topic areas--Work with the SAIL Databank team to identify if there are alternative approaches using Welsh health data--Work with Data Cymru to plan how to apply prevalence rates from research and produce new projections--Support Gwyndaf Parry and Data Cymru to design and establish governance processes for regular reviews and updates of projections after completion of this work--Ensure that the pages and processes comply with the Official Statistics Code of PracticeOutputsThe outputs for this piece of work will be:-Updated Daffodil pages as agreed-In addition, for each page:--A process map, including the methodology of how to apply prevalence rates--update schedulePlease see specification for more detailNOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=94439.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
