The Authority is seeking a resourced specialist provision (RSP) for children who are at risk of exclusion. RSP is to provide a supportive educational environment for local primary-aged children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties who are both at risk of exclusion from mainstream education or have already been excluded., The provider of the RSP shall ensure there are ten (10) core funded full time equivalent places available for the duration of the contract., Children using the service will not be required to travel outside of the borough of North East Lincolnshire and the Provider shall ensure the service is delivered within a primary school/academy site within North East Lincolnshire.
