The Council requires a range of placements to meet the needs of children and young people in care. The Council is seeking to commission a supported accommodation service to provide crisis accommodation and support for young people aged 16+. It is intended that this service is iterative in nature; developing and adapting over the period of the contract with system partners, to refine the service offer according to the needs of the young people placed.
