Responsive, Minor Works and Disabled Adaptations Contractors Framework

The Authority is seeking suitably qualified building contractors to undertake maintenance work on housing, corporate and educational properties throughout the County. This framework will be run in parallel with 2 regional Frameworks for schemes over GBP3.5m and a Carmarthenshire Framework to cover works between GBP150k and GBP3.5 million. It is envisaged that works within this procurement exercise will involve minor repair works (responsive) where work will be undertaken within specific targets, as well as refurbishment works to housing, corporate and educational establishments, minor extensions and any other work including small planned maintenance schemes and disabled adaptation schemes for which the estimated construction costs within the corresponding value bands of upto GBP 10k and GBP 10,001 - GBP150k. Work may also include working at premises with vulnerable clients in residence, and it is desirable that processes are in place to deliver these projects.
