Bron Afon Community Housing [‘Bron Afon’] has a requirement for suitably qualified, accredited and experienced organisations to provide labour and materials in order to deliver high quality and timely responsive repair and planned works.Bron Afon intends to establish a thirteen (13) lot Framework Agreement [‘Framework’] to fulfil its requirements for a period of twenty-four (24) months with the option to extend by two (2) further periods of twelve (12) months each. The estimated value of Works per annum is two million pounds sterling (GBP 2,000,000) over all lots; however, Bron Afon do not bind themselves to purchase any level or service or quantity of goods through the Framework.
