The framework is split into lots; plumbing, joinery, electrical, painting and decorating, roofing, general builder, specialist cleaning and multi-trade.Albyn are keen to ensure accessibility by all contractors and have engaged a procurement and bid consultant to assist with this procurement. The consultant will be hosting an online workshop where there will be a full walkthrough of what tenderers are required to do.
